Elspeth & Bronagh

MonRae is a boutique talent management and production company founded in 2021 by Elspeth Rae and Bronagh Monahan.

They were featured in Grazia, described as a ‘quiet powerhouse in the world of digital talent’.

With Elspeth’s background as a managing director at Endemol and Bronagh’s as a talent manager at Gleam and development executive at BBC Studios, they are uniquely placed to advise on the digital first talent and media space. Whether it’s diversifying talent’s existing IP or creating new content via their production hub, the goal is always to nurture, protect and build careers that have legacy. 

In Summer 2021 they launched MonRae Productions, enforcing their belief that online talent can move over to traditional media if the idea is developed with digital in mind.
